When you complete the Dealership Interest Survey, request a demo or contact us, we collect the business details you provide: dealership name, location, category, contact name, job title, business email, optional phone number, survey answers and any comments.

What we never collect

This website does not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license images or numbers, or any customer financial information. Please do not include such information in any form or comment.

How we use it

We use this information to evaluate interest in our products, follow up with dealerships that gave contact permission, schedule demonstrations, plan pilot programs and produce aggregated market research.

Contact permission

We only contact you about early access, demos or pilots if you gave contact permission or asked us to (for example, by requesting a demo).

Sharing

We do not sell your information. Submissions are visible only to authorized DealerVerify AI staff. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be used in research.

Security

Submissions are stored in a secured database with restricted administrator access. Forms use server-side validation and spam protection.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time through our Contact page.
